The rules, in full.

RAISE runs on a small number of fixed rules. They are the same for every idea and every backer.

Overview

RAISE is an onchain crowdfunding platform for ideas. Approved creators submit an idea, the community funds the ideas it wants to exist, and funded ideas launch onchain.

The raise itself funds the launch. Nothing launches until the community decides it should.

Targets and limits

Every raise targets 85 SOL. The number is the same for everyone, so raises are directly comparable.

Each Phantom wallet can contribute at most 0.5 SOL per raise. The limit is cumulative across every contribution from that wallet, so it takes a crowd rather than one buyer.

Funding windows

Creators choose the duration when they submit: 1H, 3H, 6H, 12H, 24H. 24 hours is the maximum.

A shorter window is a stronger signal. A longer window gives the idea more time to find its backers.

When a raise succeeds

Reaching 85 SOL ends the raise. RAISE launches the token on Pump and allocates 100% of the raise to automated buy bots.

Multiple bots execute a sequence of purchases along the bonding curve rather than one single buy. Progressive purchases make the launch transparent and keep each step visible onchain.

The bots stop as soon as the migration threshold is reached, subject to available funds and execution conditions. The token then migrates through Pump's supported migration process. Reaching the target does not guarantee migration; execution follows Pump's current curve requirements.

If migration is reached before the full raise is spent, the remaining SOL is not spent automatically and is accounted for transparently. Transaction fees and launch costs are covered separately from the purchase allocation.

These are automated purchases made with capital raised for the launch, not independent investor demand. The bots are a launch mechanism, not a trading strategy, and it does not guarantee price stability, profits, a migration time or protection from volatility.

After migration, the tokens purchased by the bots are permanently burned. Only bot-purchased tokens are burned, never tokens independently held by backers or traders. A burn counts as complete only once its transaction is confirmed onchain.

After migration, the creator's chosen AI builder starts the frontend + backend from the approved build brief.

Backer allocations are distributed after migration. Allocations are proportional to contribution.

If it isn't fully funded

If the raise ends before reaching 85 SOL, it doesn't launch and contributed SOL is returned to backers. RAISE takes no fee.

Creators

Launch access is approved, not open. Creators sign in with X so there is a public identity behind every idea.

Approval is the only gate. Creators never stake.

On a successful launch the creator receives 1% of supply plus creator fees. RAISE takes 1% of bonding curve volume.

What locks

Name, ticker and image are locked the moment funding begins. Backers fund exactly what they see, and identity cannot be swapped mid-raise.

Backing an idea

Backing needs a wallet, not an account. Connect Phantom, choose an amount, approve the transaction.

Allocation figures shown before launch are estimates based on the pool and the current raise state. Final numbers come from the distribution record.

Autonomous build

After launch, an Opus 5.5 agent starts the project's frontend + backend from the approved build brief. It works only from what the creator submitted and never adds claims, features or traction. It is a head start, not a finished product. The creator takes over and keeps building. The token and the project have separate states: a launched token shows Token: Live while the project shows Building until it is actually deployed.
